Russia attacked the southern Ukrainian regions with Shahed drones overnight and targeted the industrial zone of Odesa, Ukraine’s Southern Defense Forces reported on Telegram on Feb. 28.

During a Russian drone attack on the industrial zone of Odesa on the night of 27-28 February, wreckage from a downed drone fell onto an electrical transformer at a critical infrastructure facility, causing a fire.

Experts from the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), having analysed data from open sources, have pointed out the advance of Ukrainian defenders in the west of Zaporizhzhia Oblast and on the Bakhmut front on 13 September.

Health minister Viktor Lyashko says Ukraine is preparing hospital beds, medicines and vaccines.
