Plymouth Police served two arrest warrants on March 26th. Tuesday morning Officer Witkowski attempted to serve an arrest warrant to 46-year-old Earl Anthony Wessel. A 55-year-old North Carolina man was arrested on Tuesday, January 30th after Plymouth Police were dispatched for a domestic disturbance. At about 6:30 Tuesday evening Officer Witkowski responded to 2952 Gary Drive for a domestic disturbance. A female reported that her boyfriend had thrown chemicals in her eyes and pushed her out of the vehicle.

The Plymouth Police Department is up to full staff with twenty-five officers. During Mondayโs Board of Public Works and Safety meeting, Police Chief Dave Bacon told members Jesse Witkowski was sworn in as the twenty-fifth officer that morning. Jesse is 33 years old and lives in St. Joseph County. He is married with two children.
