Veneta diesel repair shop, owner plead guilty to illegally modifying vehicle emissions
A Veneta diesel repair shop owner pleaded guilty on Wednesday in federal court to illegally modifying the emissions control equipment of more than 180 vehicles, U.S. Attorneys Office officials said.
