The historic Olbiston Apartments in Utica is nearing the end of their over $65 million renovation project. Eligible tenants can start filing rental applications for the apartment’s scheduled opening this summer.
“It’s easy to see how many of them have been transformational in our community,” Tim Fitzgerald, vice president of economic development for Mohawk Valley EDGE said. “Having experienced a significant period of decline, I think we all recognize that we all need to be working on the same page, we all need to be helping out when and as possible.”
