While its already liquidating stores the company has sold its name and over half of its locations nationwide.

Nearly 200 shuttered 99 Cents Only stores from Texas to California will be re-opened as Dollar Tree locations after the leases were secured out of bankruptcy proceedings.

Dollar Tree will be branching out at new locations in four states, including Texas, after acquiring 170 of the '99 Cents Only Stores' slated for closure.
