A man from Georgia was arrested by city police Tuesday evening during Operation Pull Over for DUIs. Officer Fisher with the Plymouth Police Department stopped the vehicle at 225 E. Jefferson Street and identified the driver as Jesus Edgardo Alfaro Gonzalez, 29, of Norcross, GA. Gonzalez was found to never have obtained a driver’s license.
