The Polish Foreign Ministry reported on Dec. 29 that it has summoned Russian charge d'affaires Andrei Ordasz after a Russian missile entered the Polish airspace during the morning mass attack against Ukraine.

Poland will search on Saturday, 30 December in the Lublin Voivodeship of Poland near the border with Ukraine for possible elements of a missile that violated Polish airspace during a Russian large-scale missile attack on Ukrainian cities on 29 December.

Moscow is not going to give an explanation about the Russian missile in Polish airspace until it is provided with "concrete evidence" that the missile is Russian, the country's charge d'affaires in Poland was quoted saying.

Moscow has refused to provide any explanation for a purported Russian missile that violated Polish airspace during its Dec. 29 mass attack on Ukraine, demanding "concrete evidence" before addressing the issue, the pro-Kremlin RIA Novosti propaganda agency reported, citing the Russian Federation's Charge d'Affaires to Poland, Andrei Ordash.

Poland summons Russian charge daffaires after Russian missile breached Polish airspace

Poland has deployed approximately 480 soldiers to scour the countryside in Lublin Province for remnants of a Russian missile that breached the country's airspace, the Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces said on Twitter (X) on Dec. 30.
