THE progression of the Mallow Relief Road Scheme in 2024 is ‘dependent’ on the national roads exchequer funding allocations for 2024, a spokesperson for Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) has confirmed.

Public consultations on the Arklow-Shillelagh Greenway will take place across south Wicklow in early October, with the publication of preferred routes for the project expected in the coming weeks.

Wicklow County Council have said that a long-awaited public consultation on the Arklow-Shillelagh Greenway will take place within the next three months.
