May 14, 2021 State health officials are again reducing the number of Ohio counties that qualify for Red Level-Three Emergency status. On Thursday, Ohios Public Advisory System moved Ross, Pickaway, and Fayette, from Red Level Three to Orange Level Two. The total number of counties at Orange Level Two increased from 43 last week to 54, with seven counties at the lowest Yellow Level One and no counties at the highest Purple Level Four.
