An FIA Humanitarian Task Force decided by both World Councils has been established with representatives from Sport and Mobility to mobilise and co-ordinate humanitarian responses from the FIA community.

Rally Kazakhstan, round three of the FIA World Rally-Raid Championship 2022, has been cancelled.

Held in mid-February, an event in Oman concluded a series of trainings for drifting judges. Ypres Rally Belgium will host an FIA World Rally Championship round for a second consecutive season after being added to the 2022 calendar today, Friday 18 February.

As part of efforts to promote Cross-Country Bajas in more countries and regions, and help encourage new drivers and teams to the discipline, the second regional cup is introduced in 2022. The FIA Middle East Cup for Cross-Country Bajas provides entrants with a cost-effective opportunity to compete for an FIA title. Events in Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Dubai also count towards the FIA World Cup, with Qatar included as the fourth round of the inaugural series.
