Barnstable's ballots stuck in the vault, voting on hold
Voting day started on the wrong foot in the Town of Barnstable. Thanks to a malfunction in a vault, the town's ballots were locked away and couldn't be accessed. The town printed new ballots and got them to the thirteen precincts.
