Outlay Effects News Today

Agencies to get into gear and have the money flowing. i havent had a chance to study the cbo estimates but its not surprising most of the savings come a little bit farther out. i think the important thing about the agreement is that it cuts 7.5 billion dollars in spending compared to the presidents budget that was submitted a little over a year ago. thats all real and its going to be a reduction in spending. the fact is, we need to worry about whether the outlay effects of this year or next year...
