Outlook Lite Android News Today

Microsoft has revealed that its Outlook Lite email client for Android devices now supports SMS, allowing its users to send and receive SMS messages from within the email Android app.

Microsoft launched the Outlook Lite app in select few countries last year. However, the company has not launched any major feature since then. This is all set to change in the next few months.

Outlook Lite for Android has landed on the Google Play Store. It is currently available in select emerging markets, weighs in at just 5MB and offers core Outlook functionality across any network.

Microsoft is also testing a new Outlook app for Windows with a new design and collaborative features.
