tennessee, chattanooga, charlotte, north carolina. this is where the strong thunderstorms move throughout the day today. here's a look at the line. the good news is by the time we get to the overnight time frame tonight that system is finally gone. there's not really anything behind it. this bodes well for all of the crews that need to go out and do cleanup, repair damage, maybe power lines and things like that down. again, yes, you have damage, but you also have a lot of trees and power lines throughout the communities. it may be hours, if not days, before they can get the power restored to several of the hardest hit communities. here's a look at the line again. as we go through late this morning. this is where we see the worst of it moving through places like birmingham, chattanooga, knoxville, around 5:00 p.m., asheville, north carolina, atlanta, down towards montgomery, alabama, guys by overnight tonight, the late time frame, the system finally moves
