The St. Johns County School Board is working to accommodate its ever-growing student population.

Parents have until May 31 to provide feedback on the districts rezoning proposals.

The district is proposing other zoning changes to help ease overcrowding at existing schools in the countys growing northwest sector.

St. Johns Countys newest high school, which can accommodate up to 2,100 students, had about 1,350 in grades 9-11 enrolled for the start of the year.
