Recently, the Ministry of Company Affairs (MCA) has removed the names of Dhillon, Mahal and Sandhu from the list of directors of PACL.

The Court noted that while many accused have been granted bail by courts, several others who are alleged to be intermediaries have not even been made accused in the case.

Justice Yashwant Varma said that as per the Supreme Court’s orders, recovery of “proceeds of crime” connected with the PACL is to be considered by the Lodha Committee.
