Park Patrol Program News Today

A new park patrol in Yuma will help educate patrons on proper park use, enforce park rules and regulations, help preserve parks and, officials hope, deter vandalism and crime.

The Yuma City Council will meet Tuesday and Wednesday this week, with a public hearing on the proposed increases to water and wastewater utility rate charges and fees on Wednesday.

The future of a program created to reduce crime inside Atlanta city parks is now in question.
