Greystones community gardaí have issued an alert after an incident was reported by St Laurence’s National School to parents on Friday, March 8, in which a man is believed to have approached two pupils.

Gardai in Bray have launched a new enforcement campaign to keep the streets and businesses safer over the Christmas period, meaning there will be a stronger garda presence in the town during the festive season.

Questions regarding issues such as community policing, drug-related intimidation, drug prevention and additional Garda resources were raised at a public meeting of Wicklow County Council Joint Policing Committee (JPC) at the Kilcoole Community Centre on Wednesday, November 22.
