The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has drawn up plans to organise Raahgiri or Patha Utsav, the most popular street event of the city, and decided to hire a separate event management company to conceptualise and curate the event. Patha Utsav will be organised in three administrative zones on three different Sundays, with added activities like workshops, live events, games, cultural performances, and contests such as painting and cycling.
