TYNGSBORO — Students in multiple Greater Lowell Technical High School shops teamed up to create a Barbie-themed float for November's Lowell City of Lights Parade.

Just like the community-centric vibe of the store, the anniversary runway show brought together players in Milwaukees fashion, art and business scenes as well as Lela fans and loyal customers.
