Herr’s Fruit Farm, a more than century-old, Lancaster County-based plant and produce business, has extended its lease at the former Dan Schantz Greenhouse & Cut Flower Outlet site.

Lilies, tulips, daffodils and other flowers are blooming once again at a familiar spot in Lehigh County.

A WARN notice filed with the state said 120 employees would be affected, including those at growing locations in Zionsville and Pipersville.

Dan Schantz Greenhouse & Cut Flower Outlet, at 2031 29th St. SW in Allentown, will cease operations on Dec. 30, a worker said.
