The next few years will be critical for Indianapolis Public Schools as it rolls out its plan to break up K-8 schools and provide rigorous academic offerings to all students in a push for equity.

Indianapolis Public Schools Rebuilding Stronger plan proposes closing 7 schools, creating 4 enrollment zones, and changing grade levels at 39 schools.

IPS leaders presented the finalized draft of their Rebuilding Stronger plan which includes closing some school and major changes to enrollment.
