Final day of filing sees three new city candidates but no changes on county ballots.

Councilwoman Dennis filed her paperwork Tuesday afternoon, shortly before the state filing deadline.

ROCHESTER, Minn.-The City of Rochester has unveiled a new park and ride location for those commuting into downtown.

The Ward 6 representative was warned about disruptions before talking over city staff and the council president during a discussion about collections on unpaid parking tickets.
