City officials hope the electric trolleys will be up and running by this upcoming holiday weekend or the first weekend in June.

The former senior commander of Aberdeen Proving Ground, now-retired Army Maj. Gen. Randy Taylor, will serve as a temporary consultant to Havre de Grace Mayor William T. Martin starting in late June or early July.
