Blake Lee Keever, 31, of Burlington, was arrested at 1:46 a.m. Wednesday at Highway 34 and Mount Pleasant Street and charged with third degree theft, and with having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in a vehicle, failing to provide proof of liability insurance, failing to have proper registration, and possessing drug paraphernalia.

Burlington, IA- Two Burlington men have been arrested in connection with a vehicle burglary in Mediapolis. According to a news release, on Wednesday, December 8th 2021, at about 1:46 AM a Des Moines County Sheriff's Deputy stopped a vehicle for a registration violation at US Highway 34 and Mt.
