Rikers Island inmates get COVID-19 vaccine - New York Daily News
Shawn Broyles is one 429 high-risk patients in city jails to receive the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine since Jan. 6, and one of 237 patients who have been given a second dose, according to the latest data from Correctional Health Services (CHS), which oversees healthcare for those behind bars.
