An experimental drug that has helped many ALS patients in trials is being pulled for approval from the Food and Drug Administration.

ALS patients have won a huge victory in Washington, one that will not only help people with ALS but any neurological disease like Parkinson’s or dementia.

They feel like the forgotten ones, medical misfits. Right now, 30,000 people in the United States, many here in Greater Cincinnati, are battling a medical death sentence called ALS.
