There seems to be a mice plague in farming areas? I suggest that instead of using poisons that will kill the mice – but will also kill birds, lizards and other meat-eating wildlife – that we employ pythons, quolls, Tassie devils, and ferrets. Common sense would be not all at the same time though, hey? That would be better than us taxpayers forking out for nasty poisons to chemical companies. Paul Brecht, Evans Head Why should we trust the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) who allowed genetically modified (GM) food onto our shelves and to be hidden in other food products? For the TGA to give the COVID vaccines the go-ahead pisses me off. When I lobbied them about allergic reactions to GM among people with allergies their reply was that we would have to see wait and see if that could happen.
