Monday evening the Plymouth Kiwanis Club presented an application for exemption from licensing requirements from a city ordinance to the Common Council. Each year members of the Plymouth Kiwanis Club collect funds at the corner of Michigan and Jefferson Streets in downtown Plymouth during their annual Peanut Days Fundraiser. The past several years the fundraiser

For the annual Peanut Days fundraiser, St. Charles Kiwanis Club members will take up positions at the four Dunkin Donuts, three Starbucks, and two Jewel locations in St. Charles Sept. 8-10.

Tom and Jan Brockner, longtime Peanut Days co-chairs, announced the kick-off for the Kiwanis Club of Elgins annual Peanut Days fundraiser on Sept. 1.

DuPage River Park was the site of this years Kiwanis Club of Naperville scholarship presentations.

Funds raised during the Peanut Days fundraiser will help the Kiwanis Club install new playground equipment in Cunningham Park.

The Elgin Kiwanis Clubs annual Peanut Days returns on Friday, Sept. 24. Proceeds from the fundraiser support nonprofits that serve area children and families.
