Developer proposes 12-lot subdivision in Southington
A local developer is planning a 12-lot subdivision off Marion Avenue in Southington. Lepage Homes Inc., of Southington, and property owners 347 & 349 Marion Avenue Associates LLC, and Jerry Aldieri of Southington, submitted an application to the town in August. The Penny Lane subdivision, according to the application, calls for the creation of a cul-de-sac style road in the Plantsville section of Southington at 347, 349 and 389 Marion Ave. The land is currently vacant and zoned residential.
