Could this have possibly gone on? this came out during a lawsuit. what is the solution that your group wants to see? the topic of the lawsuit is whether or not there will be a consent decree. i think we need federal oversight of this facility. this has been going on for years in new orleans and we have not shown the capacity to address the problem. a federal consent decree that includes strong monitoring and oversight of the facility is certainly important, but we need to also look at the fund...
