Per Thamel News Today

Per Thamel on Twitter, who I will not link, Texas A&M will not hire Kentucky Coach Mark Stoops. Is Michigan's own Sherrone Moore a target? Not sure he's quite there yet, and there are other potential programs, with UCLA allegedly opening up soon. Maybe Michigan extends Moore a 'head coach in waiting' offer given his resilience over this season.

Texas Longhorns quarterback Quinn Ewers is expected to miss time due to a grade 2 AC joint sprain suffered in Week 8.
