Pittsburg bay point stations is currently out of service and a bus bridge has been set up to North Concord as part tries to figure out what caused that power surge on wednesday that damaged dozens of trains. We got the developing news now from ktvus amber lee in North Concord where bart passengers are complaining about a longer commute. Reporter thats right, frank. Bart spokesman tells me theres no clear timeline for when service will be restored. And the Transit Agency is asking for patients from passengers. During the evening commute, the line was long for passengers waiting for the bus bridge between the North Concord and pittsburg stations. We leave early, have to have patience. Frustrating. As they clear out we are starting to see some of the homeless come back into some of the areas that they were cleared out from. So how the situation plays out for later this evening, and tomorrow, remains to be seen. Although a spokeperson for the city said they will continue to try to assert their message, that the street is not a good place for the homeless or their possessions. Kim.
