Like healthcare.gov. what id like to see is more of this website work going to the smaller innovative companies that have proven time and time again theyre able to do the work. even when you go to healthcare.gov, the perrfront p of the website that work and are on, those were built by development seed, not by cgi federal. they work. its the big stuff on the back end that doesnt work. going forward what id do is start developing out in the open, start calling on people to help contribute and to h...
