PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has set July 7 to hear the appeals by 14 individuals, including two brothers of businessman, Nicky Liow Soon Hee (pic), to be freed from the charges of being involved in the organised crime group known as "Nicky Gang”.
SHAH ALAM: Fourteen individuals including four Chinese nationals, as well as two siblings of fugitive businessman Nicky Liow Soon Hee have been given a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA).The group was given a DNAA from charges of being involved in an organised crime group known as Nicky Gang by the High Court here.
