Rape and human trafficking accused Pastor Timothy Omotoso and his co-accused claimed a small victory on Tuesday when the Gqeberha high court ordered that some special entries be made in their court file.

The defence for the 65-year-old Omotoso made an application for judge Irma Schoeman to reconsider her previous judgment

The application was submitted by defence lawyer Peter Daubermann on 29 November, after the state had closed its case.
