Plunketts Creek, Pa. — Bail was denied for a local man accused of strangling a woman over money.

Woman arraigned on loitering charges Chy Ann McCormick, 46, of Williamsport, allegedly knocked on the door of a Memorial Avenue property while intoxicated, causing a loud disturbance at around 10 p.m. Dec. 12, according to city police.
