Carlton & United Breweries CEO Peter Filipovic has acquired Mismatch Brewing Company and 78 Degrees in a multi million dollar cash deal.

Australian drinks firm Mighty Craft has agreed to offload the 78 Degrees spirits brand and Mismatch Brewing for AU$7.2 million (US$4.7m).

Craft Revolution has been appointed distributor of The Hills Cider Co, following the Jetty Road Publication Group's acquisition of the cider.

The new collaboration follows recent news that a group of liquor industry veterans bought Jetty Road Brewery from Might Craft.
