Industry/Plaisance requirements to make rates & taxes payment
At the PSC's 32 Annual General Meeting, His Excellency encouraged its membership "to fulfil its 'national responsibility' by duly paying their taxes" as was reported in The Guyana Chronicle, earlier in the week. By extension, this applies to other members of civil society as well as rates & taxes at local NDCs.
