The Commission on Elections (Comelec) en banc has denied Duterte Youth's complaint against the substitution of retired poll commissioner Rowena Guanzon as first nominee of P3PWD party-list, acting Comelec spokesperson Rex Laudiangco said Thursday.

The Comelec en banc approved in a "majority vote" the request of P3PWD Party-list, which was submitted to the Comelec Law Department on June 14, to withdraw the nomination of its original roster, spokesperson Rex Laudiangco said.
