The Trenton Acadians lost a heartbreaker, losing to Wyoming 2-1 on a walk-off hit in the bottom of the 7th inning in a terrific pitching duel.

It wasn't the beginning game we all hoped for after the Trenton Acadians' magical run through the Northeast American Legion Regional Championship. The Acadians lost to defending champions Troy Post 13-3 on Thursday evening in their opening game. The Acadians are back at it Friday afternoon, when they play Cheyenne, Wyoming at 4p.m. Friday's game is on ESPN3.
