Saturday night, the doors opened for a menu preview of Deer Valley Resort’s returning seafood buffet for the first time in three years, offered at what is now known as Cast & Cut in Snow Park Lodge.

This year the COVID cobwebs have been fully dusted off, said Musyt, and many of the restaurants will return in full to what they were before the pandemic — of course with a few minor updates and nods to each chef’s personality.
