In conjunction with Philly Beer Week, direct-to-public craft brewery My Local Brew Works is collaborating with five other small businesses from the region for "Around The Globe." The event is taking place in the Globe Dye Works building on Wednesday, June 8 from 4 to 8 p.m. and will feature free food and beer samples.

Philly Beer Week is returning for 2022 next month between Friday, June 3 and Wednesday, June 12, but some of the event's traditions including the Hammer of Glory relay and the Opening Tap kickoff party are not happening this year. But this doesn't mean it will have a small footprint this year. There will be smaller events happening at bars and other venues across the city over the course of the nine day festival.
