"miscommunication" saying doug and kim should have been notified back in november that a phone cast was made. a call no one in dougs family ever got. however, back in november, arizona medicaid did manage to notify someone that dougs transplant would once again be covered. they sent a letter -- we have a copy of it -- dated november 1st, to dougs doctor, but word never got back to the family. this gets tricky, because we cant ask his doctors what they told him and privacy laws dont allow that an...
