Bath voters on Tuesday elected three new city councilors, approved a series of charter amendments and weighed in on statewide measures, including establishing the state-run Pine Tree Power electric utility.

The Nov. 7 election in Bath features four candidates vying for an at-large council seat and bond questions for $25 million in sewer upgrades and $5 million for street repairs.
