FINLEY, Wash. -- UPDATE 6 P.M.: The Level 3 Evacuation has been lifted. Those who are compromised should continue to shelter in place due to smoke.

FINLEY, Wash. -- NEW: The Lineage Logistics building is 525,000 square feet and the majority of it is damaged from the blaze, according to the Washington State Fire Marshals Office.

Residents in part of Finley were told to leave their homes and businesses immediately Sunday afternoon as black smoke billowed over the neighborhood downwind of a fire at Lineage Logistics.

UPDATE 3:40 P.M.: Benton PUD said all power has been restored on Hover, Ayers and Piert Road.
