A man has been arrested and charged in connection to a hit-and-run that left a man dead last week. 

Fatal Hit & Run Crash Investigation – On April 24 at 10:19 p.m., officers responded to the area of Richmond Highway and Pine Bluff Drive in Dumfries to investigate a crash involving a motorcycle.

Police have arrested a 34-year-old Woodbridge man in connection with an April 24 hit-an-run crash that claimed the life of a motorcyclist.

Police are searching for the driver who struck a motorcycle, killing the rider, then fled the scene Wednesday night on U.S. 1 in the Dumfries area.
