Because the dam there is now double the highest rate they have ever released the water at. thats how much water is all throughout this region. heres the rainfall forecast through thursday. still another 10 to 20 inches possible. and, again, a lot of that is in the next 36 hours as the tropical storm gets a little closer to the region. as far as the catastrophic flooding has gone throughout this region. were still watching the one bayou especially. one went down a little bit because it hasnt rain...
