A business which was inspired by getting free pizzas at the end of a night's waitressing while working in Italy has turned into a mini empire for one enterprising single mum.
Sue James started her Pizza Mamma business four years ago when she was inspired by her time working in restaurants on Italy's glorious Amalfi Coast.
At the end of a shift the staff would be given woodfired pizzas as a treat.
