Reflecting on the recent sale of my first investment property, a commercial real estate portfolio that has exemplified diversity and repositioning.

Inflation will be the story of 2022. Inflation will be the catalyst that creates the next story – the Fed’s attempt to gradually increase interest rates to curb the runaway inflation. Both of these will lead to my main prediction of 2002 – increases in rents for both residential and commercial product.

America’s growing affordability housing gap is forcing many people to reassess the traditional single-family home and look at mobile home communities as an alternative.
